Food, movement and mindset are my pillars of health. As a mom of two little ones, an INFJ, enneagram 4, Vata-Kapha, heart-on-my-sleeve kind of woman, staying grounded is essential for my well being. In times of anxiety, I trust a coconut curry, breath work and a walk on town lake trail with a friend to keep me centered.

I am passionate about empowering others to find what centers them. With modern lab testing and ancient Ayurvedic tradition, I love to support folks on their journey to restore and maintain balance. When I’m not studying epigenetics or cooking in my kitchen, I’m often drinking coffee, running, or generally being a jungle gym for my kids, Shepherd & Ruth.
